The food is very good and the portions are big, but the service is terrible! The staff are not trained and sometimes you spend minutes trying to find and call a waiter to serve you. They should prioritize decent training to serve customers. The only ones who are well trained are the shisha guys.

Was a pleasant experience to dine here. Food was excellent 10/10. Menu isn’t very pricey compared to other restaurants in the area. Loved dining by the creek view. Service was good n quick. We were occasionally bugged by some flies so the restaurant must work on its fumigation.

The food and drinks are great, and the place is nice, especially with the start of cool weather in Dubai. It’s a good spot for having shisha. However, the service is a bit slow, and going to the place is a nightmare if you come from Dubai Mall.
